One of my blogging friends ask me for a link or a tutorial on how to make the paper rosettes I made on the gift bag I posted. Instead of re-inventing the wheel, I asked Christina from Creations with Christina if I could post her video on my blog. She gave me the "ok", so here goes. She is the best!
